• Transfer only to jurisdictions or recipients with adequate data protection frameworks recognised by the NPC, or pursuant to binding corporate rules;
• Standard contractual clauses approved or recognised by the NPC where required.

By using the 15jl Platform and agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers where necessary for the operation of the Platform and the provision of services to you.

15jl reserves the right to update, revise, or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, NPC guidance, or our operational requirements. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated whenever a revision is made.

Where changes to this Policy are material — meaning they significantly affect how we collect or use your personal data, or your rights as a data subject — 15jl will notify registered players via email to their registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
